Why does translation take some time?
We use large-model translation for quality. Each image takes about 7–8 seconds on average. Public queue may wait; VIP channel prioritizes processing.
Why do some images cost more credits?
Regular images cost 1 credit. Long or ultra-high-resolution images cost more. 2 credits usually apply to resolutions above 4K.
What if translation has issues?
We provide full support for translation issues. Failed translations are refunded to protect user rights.
What's the difference between machine translation and large-model translation?
Traditional machine translation relies on fixed rules and dictionaries and often sounds stiff. Large-model translation understands context, dialogue, sound effects, and cultural references more naturally.
Are my manga images stored?
Not long-term. Images are used only to generate translation results and are automatically deleted within 24 hours. They are never used for model training.
Which image formats are supported?
JPG, PNG, WEBP and other common formats are supported for upload and export.
Which languages are supported?
Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English are supported now, with more languages coming soon.
